For the previous SIX YEARS, our exhibitor spaces have filled up well before the Institute! We are all so grateful for their continued support and innovation to aid the Midwest in making 1:1 opportunities possible.
The Iowa 1:1 Institute (i11i) is a grass-roots conference focused on robust, technology-infused P-12 learning and teaching with laptops, netbooks, tablets, and other computing devices. The Institute is collaboratively sponsored by the school districts in and around Iowa with 1:1 computing programs. The last six years, we have had over 1,000 attendees each year, including superintendents, principals, curriculum directors, teachers and students. This year we anticipate growth as states from all over America remain committed to incorporating technology in education and look to change and grow through widespread 1:1 initiatives.
Registering Your Attendees
Each table registration includes registration for up to 2 individuals (per purchased booth). To ensure that we have correct name tags, please fill out this form before Wednesday, March 30th.

Exhibitor set up begins at 7:00am
Registration opens at 8:00am
First session begins at 9:00am

All exhibitors must be out of the building by 6:00pm

Please make sure that all packages are clearly marked Attn: Iowa 1:1 Institute. All shipments are delivered to the Iowa Event Center security center. Shipments will be delivered to the registration desk the morning of the event.
If you are new to our conference, I believe you will be appreciate our exhibition space being in the middle of the conference center. Participants must pass through the exhibition space between sessions. This has allowed up to create several 15 minute exhibitor times. You can find the schedule for the day here.
Electricity was ordered with your registration. If you are unsure about whether this was ordered for you, please let me know and I will check. Electricity will also appear on your invoice if requested.
Cost to Exhibitors:
There is a flat fee of $500 for a single exhibitor (5 x 8) space at the Institute. For a double space (10 x 8 OR 5 x 16), the fee is $950. For additional spaces or arrangements, please contact Jamie Fath.
What do we get for the $500 fee?
Each exhibitor space will be given a draped/skirted table and 2 chairs. Electricity or other needs will incur additional charges. The exhibitor fee will also include the registration fee for up to two individuals for each registered space.
What if we want to do more?
Contact our exhibitor coordinator (Jamie Fath) for information on further sponsoring opportunities. Additional opportunities include corporate level sponsorship, sponsorship of our leadership series, and more!
Can we present at the conference?
Exhibitors can submit presentations, but they will be reviewed with all other presentations by a separate committee of teachers and administrators. There is no guarantee that exhibitor sessions, like any other session, will be accepted.
How do we pay the conference fee?
Each exhibitor will be billed the amount agreed upon and can pay with a credit card, cash, or check.
